Aarthy is an aspiring psychologist, currently pursuing her post graduation. Besides, she defines herself as a performing artist, in the fields of Indian classical dance and music. She finds the most peace in having chai while listening to Rahman music and staring at the rains. Her past experiences in the field of psychology and mental health include content writing for the blogs and social media of various pages, along with managing the interns and being the content head at mental health organisations. She holds the experience of presenting research papers at national level conferences and writing a dissertation as part of her graduation. Finally, Aarthy truly believes that humility and kindness leave a print everywhere and that smallest attempts at being a  better self everyday matter!
