AREA OF WORK AND APPROACH

My practice is based on a very simple thought, 'As humans, we aren't supposed to do life alone'. Support and a space to just 'be' is essential to live a fulfilling life and that is what i offer my clients through psychotherapy. I am trained in Existential-Humanistic psychotherapy and have experienced working with all sorts of human beings. My process is depth-based and aimed towards developing awareness of self which ultimately allows clients to develop choice.
