AREA OF WORK AND APPROACH
Sometimes it can feel like everything is going wrong, other times even if things are okay we do not feel okay. In moments like these having a professional who can provide a safe and supportive environment, can make all the difference. From my lived experiences I understood the importance of mental health not just to an individual but to the community as a whole. In my sessions I like to use this approach to help my clients explore themself and the world around them. I believe with a supportive environment that focuses on our strengths and needs, we can bring about all the positive change we want in our life. This is how I like to view therapy, as a process of healing, growth and support.
