AREA OF WORK AND APPROACH
Nandini has worked in mental health care setups ranging from schools to NGOs to Employees Assistance Programes in Corporates and Hospitals. Nandini’s belief and approach in the psychotherapeutic arena lies in viewing human experiences as multilayered and multidimensional. As a neurodivergent person, she understands the diverse range of challenges and experiences people may come in with. Keeping the same in mind, her approaches are grounded in intersectionality, neurodivergence and queer affirmative practise. She deploys a range of therapeutic modalities such as DBT, Buddhist mindfulness, EFT - also drawing in techniques from the somatic and compassion focused models, each suited to the clients unique and diverse needs.
Note: she works with depth psychotherapy as an orientation and wishes for individuals to be informed about psychotherapy being a long journey that requires patience and commitment.
