AREA OF WORK AND APPROACH
Vritti is a post graduate in Clinical Psychology who is trained and experienced in both clinical and counselling setups. Her practice is trauma informed, queer friendly and solution focused. Using an eclectic approach to psychotherapy and a holistic worldview, Vritti’s sessions are tailor made to each client’s needs.
Her area of expertise is individuals with relationship difficulties, stress, anxiety & depression along with confidence and self esteem issues. A firm believer of knowledge lies in discourse, she encourages conversations that break stigma around mental health and fosters growth and empathy. She is a compassionate and intuitive individual with keen observation skills.
